Cooking for groups.  A challenge?  Routine?  Thrilling experience or dreaded dinner party?

Whether you’re a family of 4 or a group of 30, whether you get an opportunity to do it one time or you have to do it everyday, cooking for groups is a mixture of obstacles, rewards, success and failure.

This blog will chronicle my experience as the head cook for the Bosque Village – a forming intentional community in the highlands of Mexico.  As we grow we host from 2 to 100 people at any given time; student groups, volunteers, visitors, and potential residents.  And as we have grown,
